We stand behind every shear with a manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not cover misuse, improper grip or handling, incorrect positioning, or damage from drops or impacts. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

All payments are made directly to Jeannie Hicks

Tools must be clean before drop‑off or mailing

Turnaround times may vary depending on workload

Damaged or heavily worn tools may require additional correction

We are not responsible for tools lost or damaged during shipping

Please package tools and shears securely with bubble wrap and mailing paper for mail‑in sharpening
